Coastus Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

At Coastus, every order is made with care. Please read through our policies below before placing your order. 🌊✨


Delivery

  • Shipping in North America is FREE!

  • Yes, we ship internationally too! 🌍 International standard shipping is $15.00, with expedited options available at checkout.

  • Orders are shipped with tracking so you’ll always know where your package is.


Buying

Because each order is custom-made just for you, we require full payment before starting production.


Returns 

  • We’ll work with you to make sure your design is perfect before it’s stitched and shipped. At the time, we do not accept returns or refunds. Store credit may be credited after inspection.

  • We’re confident you’ll love your Coastus piece. 💙


Exchanges

  • If your product arrives with a defect, please contact us right away.

  • Refunds are not available, but may be subject to Store credit.


Delivery Times

  • Every item is custom stitched after you order.

  • Current production time: up to 14 business days from payment.

  • Estimated shipping:

    • Canada: 3–7 business days

    • International: 7-10+ businessdays

  • Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.


Cancellations & Order Changes

  • Because each Coastus piece is custom made, we begin working on your shirts right away after you place an order. For this reason, we do not accept cancellations once an order has been placed.

  • Need to switch items or sizing? Email us within that window and we’ll gladly update your order.
